Contact us within 7 days of the charge using the form above or at support@resumetailored.com and we'll issue a full refund immediately. We never want anyone paying for something they didn't intend to buy.
Will my data be deleted when I cancel?โพ
No. Your career check-in data, community posts, and account information stay intact after cancellation. If you resubscribe later, everything is right where you left it. If you'd like your data deleted, just request it and we'll handle it within 48 hours.
Is there a cancellation fee or early termination penalty?โพ
Absolutely not. There are zero cancellation fees, zero penalties, and zero strings attached. Month-to-month means exactly that โ you're never locked in for longer than one month at a time.
Can I resubscribe after canceling?โพ
Yes, anytime. Just go to the app, enter your email, and click Upgrade. You'll get the same $19/month rate โ we don't charge more for returning subscribers or require any re-enrollment process.
