Why tailoring matters for it manager roles
Recruiters for it manager roles shortlist resumes that speak their exact language, and applicant tracking systems rank them the same way — because IT manager screens weigh team size, budgets, and transformation projects — technician-worded resumes undersell leadership scope. ResumeTailored rewrites your real experience in each posting's wording, never adding anything you didn't actually do.
