Why tailoring matters for facilities manager roles

Employers and ATS scan for exact matches to each posting. Facilities Manager hiring is no exception: facilities postings name systems like CMMS, square footage, and compliance records — resumes without operational scale language get passed over. ResumeTailored uses Anthropic's Claude to rewrite your bullets in each posting's terms while keeping every claim 100% truthful — it reframes your real experience, it never fabricates it.
