Why tailoring matters for civil engineer roles
Recruiters for civil engineer roles shortlist resumes that speak their exact language, and applicant tracking systems rank them the same way — because civil engineering postings demand exact tools, licensure status, and project types — a resume missing PE or AutoCAD wording often never reaches a human. ResumeTailored rewrites your real experience in each posting's wording, never adding anything you didn't actually do.
